Customer service is superior to any I have ever received! After I ordered I realized I accidentally ordered my dimensions backwards. I sent an email and though, "well what's done is done, I'll just love it when it comes". However when I received it, customer service had corrected my order had been corrected!! I love it so much! By the way id like to share a story. When I was a baby I was given a baby lamb stuffed animal. I carried this thing for 3 or 4 years till it was a dirty as the one in this picture! My mother tried to throw it away many times and I cried for it and got it back, unfortunately due to a house fire it's gone forever, but when I saw this picture, I thought " he's been with me forever!" Especially when I was lost!!!! I love it!!!!
