At Christ Follower Life, we stand behind every order. If something is wrong with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Because each item is made to order just for you, there is no need to send it back. Clear photos are all we need.
Changes & cancellations
Because every item is made to order, change or cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order has entered production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
When you're covered
We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice — in any of the following cases:

Defective product: A manufacturing defect, such as a flaw in printing, stitching, material, or construction.

Damaged in transit: The product arrived damaged, such as a cracked mug, broken ornament, dented canvas frame, or torn fabric.

Misprint or printing error: The print has a significant quality issue, such as being blurry, faded, off-center, or in the wrong color. Final determination is made by our quality team based on the photos you provide.

Wrong item received: You received a different product, size, color, or design than what your order receipt shows.
In these cases, you do not need to return the item — clear photos are all we need. Full refunds include the original shipping cost you paid.
For multi-item orders: If only some items in your order are affected, the replacement or refund applies only to those specific items. Other items in the order are not affected.
What's not covered
Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to offer a free replacement or refund in the following cases:

Change of mind: You changed your mind, or the product no longer fits your needs.

If the wrong size, color, design, or model was ordered: Because each item is made to order just for you, we're unable to offer a free replacement or refund in this case. If you'd like the right one, we can offer a replacement for a reduced price that covers only our printing and shipping costs — not to generate profit. Unlike most print-on-demand stores, we don't ask you to return the original item. You're welcome to keep it, share it with a friend, or pass it along to someone in need.

Worn, washed, or altered items: Products that show signs of use, have been washed, or have been altered in any way.

Slight color or appearance variations: The actual product may look slightly different from the image on your screen due to lighting, monitor settings, or natural variations in printing. This is considered normal and not a defect.
How to request a replacement or refund
To submit a claim, please email care@christfollowerlife.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue — a close-up of the problem area, the full product, the packaging, and the shipping label if possible. For phone case issues, please also include a screenshot of your phone's settings showing the model.
We'll reply within 12 hours to acknowledge your claim. Once approved, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account.
If a replacement is approved instead, it will ship following the same timeline as your original order. You'll receive a new tracking number by email.
