RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do understand your worry when shopping online.

We will send a free replacement or look into a refund if you receive a product that is not as ordered and has been verified with photos; no need to return itSEE DETAILS BELOW:

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please email us within 30 days of receiving the product for any replacement or refund requests.

WRONG SIZE / MODEL

If the size or model you receive is not the same as the information you provided, we will send you a FREE replacement order.

Please send us pictures for verification:

  • Phone Case: Both the front and back of the phone case, the shipping label, and the setting screen clearly showing your phone model.
  • Apparel: Product images clearly showing the design, the garment's label, and the shipping label.
  • Wall Art: Entire front and back of the product, barcode(s) on the rear side, packaging, and the shipping label.

Please note: If you ordered the wrong size or model, we can still help by offering a replacement. However, because this error is due to incorrect information provided by you, you only need to pay the return shipping fee and a small printing fee.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

In order to shorten delivery time, our system will automatically lock your order into production 12 hours after you place it. You have this 12-hour to email us for changes or cancellation. After 12 hours, changes or cancellations are not possible.

To request a change or cancellation, please email support@christfollowerlife.com or contact us and include:

  • Your order number or the email used for the order
  • The changes that need to be made. 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / PRINTING ERROR

We will send a free replacement or a full refund if the error is ours and there is a problem with the products you received, such as the product being flawed, the print quality being poor, or the final product being notably different from the product presented on the order screen.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us or email support@christfollowerlife.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue:

  • Phone Case: Both the front and back of the phone case, the shipping label, images clearly showing the issues, and the setting screen clearly showing your phone model.
  • Apparel: Product images clearly showing the design, images clearly show the issues, and the shipping label.
  • Wall Art: Entire front and back of the product, close-ups of any damage or flaw, barcode(s) on the rear side, packaging, and the shipping label.

Once our support team reviews the issue, they will organize a reprint or refund for you as quickly as possible.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international), contact us through our Contact Us page for a free replacement or a full refund.

Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacements if:

  • The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind.” We print on demand and, therefore, cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • Our team has not reviewed and approved the return request before the item(s) are sent back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way or do not have the original tags.
  • The item(s) were purchased as a "Final Sale" during special periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, etc., where a promo code was used.
