ORDERING

First, double check your Spam/Junk mailbox and other email accounts. 

Can’t find it? don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we may have the incorrect email on file. Please include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful.

No worries! Just email us at support@christfollowerlife.com and include the discount code you meant to use. We’ll take care of it for you as soon as possible.

Some discount codes expire, so please double-check that the code is still valid when you place your order.

If the code should still be working but doesn’t apply, email us at support@christfollowerlife.com. Include the code and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue so we can help you quickly.

If your card was declined, here are some common things to check:

  • Incorrect card details:Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV (the 3-digit code on the back), and billing address. Even a small typo can cause a decline.​
  • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached: Ensure your account has enough funds or available credit to cover the purchase.​
  • Expired card:Verify that your card hasn't expired. If it has, use a valid card.ment to protect you from fraud.
  • Bank's fraud protection: Sometimes, banks block transactions they consider unusual or potentially fraudulent. Contact your bank to confirm and authorize the transaction.​
  • Card restrictions: Some cards have restrictions on international or online purchases. Check with your bank to ensure your card is authorized for such transactions.​

If the problem continues, you can try:

  • Using a different credit or debit card
  • Paying with PayPal
  • Switching to another browser or device

MODIFY/CANCEL ORDER

To get your order to you faster, we lock orders for processing within 12 hours.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page or email us at support@christfollowerlife.com. Include your order number and the details you want to change.

After 12 hours, your order can't be changed or canceled.

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact our support team via Contact Us as soon as possible so that we can make our best effort to request a shipping address change with our fulfillment center.

Please keep in mind, you can change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.

The billing address cannot be changed once the order is put in.

Please rest assured that as long as the shipping address is correct, the order will be delivered to you.

ORDER STATUS

All of our products are made to order, which means we start making your item after you place your order.

There are 3 main steps in the process:

  1. Order Confirmed– You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  2. In Production – We’ll email you again when your order is being made.
  3. Shipped – Once your order ships, we’ll send you a third email with your tracking number.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for shipping information to update.

If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

All of our products are printed in the USA.We have multiple print facilities in different states across the country, so items may ship separately depending on where they’re made.

Canvas prints may also ship from Canada, Australia, the UK, or Spain to help international customers receive their orders faster.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

Once you've clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to the shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated and added to your subtotal in the order summary.

All our products are printed to order in the USA, so please allow 2 - 10 working days for production and as soon as it is fulfilled it will be shipped out. Once shipped, shipping time (not including production time) is within:

- US: 4-8 working days

- International: 8-30 working days

If the tracking information for your order hasn’t been updated in several days. Here are some reasons behind tracking information may not be updated:
- Holiday Rush
- Delay on the part of the carrier
- Weather Conditions
- Packages are not scanned at intermediary stops
So it looks like nothing is happening. Other times, it's just the carrier running behind. It happens from time to time so we sincerely hope for your understanding and patience. If the lack of updates drag on for more than 2 weeks, please feel contact us via email support@christfollowerlife.com. We will look further into the issue and get back to you in a timely manner.

If you still have not received your order 45 days after placing your order, please let us know. This kind of issue does not happen often but if you experience it, please contact our customer support and we'll sort it out ASAP and we'll surely do our best to assist you.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

We understand that you are super excited to receive your order. We sincerely apologize but we do not offer express shipping at the moment.

Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. You may also need to check with your neighbors and family members in case they have misplaced the package. If none of the above works and the order still doesn't show up after several days, please contact our Support team via email support@christfollowerlife.com for more assistance.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

We also accept international credit cards.

Please note: Some banks may charge a foreign transaction fee based on how they process international payments, even if the purchase is made in U.S. dollars. These fees are set by your card issuer and are not charged by us.

We use two secure payment gateways to process card payments:

  • One based in the United States (Stripe)
  • One based in Hong Kong (Payoneer)

Even though we are a U.S.-based company and all of our products are made and shipped from the USA, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee if your payment goes through the Payoneer Hong Kong gateway. This can happen depending on how your card provider handles international payment networks.

We use Payoneer to support international customers and help us grow globally. It allows us to offer a stable, secure backup for payments—especially during high traffic or system maintenance periods.

Please note: This fee is set by your bank or credit card issuer—not by us.

RETURN AND REFUND

At Christ Follower Life, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, If your product meets the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:

- The product itself is flawed.

- The print quality is poor.

- The final product is different from the product presented on the site.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the product itself is flawed, the print quality is poor or the final product is different from the product presented on the site. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

As every single item on Christ Follower Life is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Since all of our products are custom-printed just for you, our store does not accept returns. Instead, we will refund or replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
