Below are answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don't find what you're looking for, email us at care@christfollowerlife.com or fill out our contact form. We reply within 12 hours, every day of the week.

ORDERS

Why won't my order go through?

In most cases, no charge is made unless your order is successfully placed, so you usually do not need to worry about being charged for a failed checkout.

Here are a few things to try:

  • Check your numbers: Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly.
  • Check your address: Make sure your billing address matches the exact address on file with your bank.
  • Try an alternative: Try a different card, or use PayPal at checkout.

If everything looks correct but the error continues, your bank may be blocking the charge for security reasons. A quick call to your bank usually resolves this.

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

In most cases, the email is simply waiting in your spam or junk folder, or in the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Please check there first.

It is also possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout — even a small typo can prevent delivery.

If you still cannot find it, email us at care@christfollowerlife.com with:

  • The full name used at checkout
  • Your shipping address
  • The approximate date of your order

We'll locate your order and resend your confirmation. Your order will still be made and shipped to the address you provided, even if the confirmation email doesn't arrive.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is made to order, we can only make changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and we're no longer able to change or cancel it.

If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you'd like to update.

Note: You may still be able to update your shipping address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I forgot to use a discount code, or my code didn't work. What should I do?

If you forgot to apply your code, email us with your order number and the discount code you wanted to use. As long as the code is valid and applicable to the items in your order, we'll apply it and refund the difference to your original payment method.

If your code didn't work at checkout, please double-check for small typos (like mixing up the letter "O" and the number zero) and make sure there are no extra spaces. If everything looks correct but it still doesn't apply, contact us and we'll look into it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every item is made to order, so production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Total estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 6–12 business days
  • International canvas orders (printed locally): 6–12 business days
  • Other international orders (shipped from U.S.): 10–20 business days

Express shipping is available for canvas prints within the U.S. only — estimated total delivery time of 3–8 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout — once you enter your delivery address, the total will be shown in your order summary before you pay.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order ships — usually within 2–5 business days of purchase. If you don't see the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

A lack of updates does not necessarily mean your package is lost. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to holidays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Carriers also do not scan every package at every stop along the route.

Please contact us if your order is past its estimated delivery window, or if tracking hasn't updated for 14 consecutive days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I never received my package. What should I do?

Most packages turn up within 1–2 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a little early.

Please first:

  1. Wait 2 business days and check around your home, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or mailroom.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the carrier directly for delivery details or a case number.

If your package still hasn't arrived, email care@christfollowerlife.com within 7 days of the "Delivered" scan with your order number, tracking number, and any carrier update.

If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. If the carrier does not confirm an error, we can offer a replacement for a reduced price that covers only our printing and shipping costs. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

This is completely normal. Different items, like a canvas print and a coffee mug, require different printing methods and cannot be packed in the same box. Items in your order may ship separately from different facilities and arrive on different days.

You'll receive a separate tracking number for each package, so please check your inbox for additional tracking emails.

If all tracking numbers show "Delivered" but an item is still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the following countries:

  • North America: Canada
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
  • Oceania: Australia

We also ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses — with the exception of canvas prints, which cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses due to size restrictions.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

You may also see accelerated checkout options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay when available. Available payment methods can vary depending on your device, browser, and checkout settings.

Do you accept Discover card?

We do not accept Discover directly at checkout at this time.

However, you may still be able to use your Discover card through PayPal. Simply choose PayPal at checkout, then select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal page and enter your Discover card details there.

How secure is my payment?

Your payment is handled through Shopify's secure checkout and trusted providers like PayPal. Shopify meets the highest level of payment security standards (PCI DSS Level 1) — the same standard used by major banks. Your payment information is encrypted during checkout, which means it is scrambled and unreadable to anyone else.

We never see your full credit card number. Our store only receives the last four digits and the payment method — everything else is securely handled by the payment provider. If you choose PayPal, your purchase may also be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted during checkout and stored securely. We never sell your data to third parties.

What should I do if my payment does not go through?

Please double-check your card details, billing address, and available funds, then try again.

Sometimes a bank may decline a payment for security reasons, especially for online or international transactions, even when the information entered is correct. If the payment still does not go through, you may want to try a different card or PayPal at checkout.

When will I be charged for my order?

You'll be charged immediately at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order goes into production and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after.

Why was I charged an international or foreign transaction fee?

This fee is charged by your bank or card issuer, not by us — but we're happy to reimburse it. Email us at care@christfollowerlife.com with a screenshot or statement showing the fee related to your order, and once verified, we'll refund the exact amount.

Why this happens: Christ Follower Life serves customers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Asia. To support billing across these markets, our payments are processed through our Hong Kong company. Because of this, a few banks may classify the payment as international and add a small foreign transaction fee, even when you pay in US dollars.

This does not affect your order. Your item will still be made, packed, and delivered according to our normal production and shipping process. Most US orders are made and shipped from within the United States, and canvas prints for international customers ship from the closest available facility in Canada, the UK, Spain, or Australia.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return and refund policy?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer selection mistakes (such as ordering the wrong size, color, design, or model).

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?

You do not need to send the item back. Please email care@christfollowerlife.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem — a close-up of the problem area, the full product, the packaging, and the shipping label if possible. For phone case issues, please also include a screenshot of your phone's settings showing the model.

Once we receive your claim, we'll review it and help with a free replacement or full refund if your item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

I ordered the wrong size, color, or model. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Before production begins (within 12 hours of purchase), we may still be able to update the size, color, design, model, or shipping address.

Once your order has entered production, shipped, or been delivered, we can no longer edit the original order or offer a free replacement or refund.

If you'd still like the right one, we can offer a replacement for a reduced price that covers only our printing and shipping costs — not to generate profit. And don't worry, you don't need to send the original item back. Keep it, share it with a friend, or pass it along to someone in need.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved, we'll start processing it to your original payment method within 7 business days.

After that, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (including PayPal) may take a little extra time to post the refund to your account.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

Canvas prints are printed to order in the United States for U.S. customers, and from the closest available facility in Canada, the U.K., Spain, or Australia for international customers.

All other products (phone cases, mugs, ornaments, pillows, apparel) are printed and shipped from the United States.
