The canvas I received is easily the best, clearest with excellent color canvas that I own. I own several canvases. I would definitely order from them again. I received my canvas in a reasonable amount of time. If I were to describe this canvas in one word, it would be excellent!

Store owner replied: We're truly sorry to hear the issue. We can see that our teammate Nancy has been in touch with us via Email. She replied to your both emails once she received them but we don't know why you were not able to receive them. Because all of our products are printed on demand so every change needs to be made within 12 hours as of the ordering time. At the time we received your first request email, your order went into production, so we couldn't cancel it anymore. The order truly was locked and put in production. Hope you understand.
